In what has been described as the most active legislative session in years, the state of California will release up to four (4) mandatory-to-post CA employment labor law changes. The Legal Research Team at Compliance Poster Company discovered these changes while reviewing the assembly bills and senate bills passed by the state of California.
California state legislators have been busy this year during Governor Brown's first full year back in office. He has signed many important labor laws that affect CA employers, some of which require immediate updates to mandatory to post workplace posters. Labor law posters must be displayed in the workplace for employees to view.
