West Virginia’s Bureau of Employment Programs has released the REVISED West Virginia Unemployment posting. Revisions have been made to the Wage Class, Wages in Base Period, Weekly Benefit Rate, and the Maximum Benefit Rate section of this MANDATORY posting. In addition, minor changes have been made to the Minimum Wage and Maximum Hours Law, Workers’ Compensation: Notice to Employees and the West Virginia Human Rights Act postings.
