Take action NOW… If you are in San Francisco, you need to replace your San Francisco Minimum Wage posting dated 3/2004.

Effective on January 1, 2005 the San Francisco Minimum Wage will increase. For employers with ten (10) or more employees the rate will increase to $8.62 per hour. This year they have added small business employers (fewer than 10 employees) and non-profit employers will be required to pay employees $7.75 per hour. Employers in San Francisco are required to post the San Francisco Minimum Wage poster.

CPC created two versions of this posting; one is English only for those companies who have employees that read and understand English. It is 8 1/2” x 11”. Our second poster, is 8 1/2” x 14”

Languages included are: English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, and Tagalog (indigenous to the Philippines). The front side has English, Spanish and Chinese. The reverse side has Vietnamese, Russian and Tagalog.
