NEW MEXICO MINIMUM WAGE ACT POSTING REVISED
TIPPED EMPLOYEE SECTION AMENDED TO EQUAL
NOT LESS THAN $5.60 per hour

S250 was signed into law by Governor Bill Richardson amending New Mexico Statute Sec. 50-4-22 regarding “Tipped Employee Wage” section of the New Mexico Minimum Wage Act posting.  Employees who are subject to this law who customarily receive more than thirty dollars a month in tips shall be paid not less than a total of $5.60 per hour

In addition, the Discrimination is Against the Law posting had minor revisions in October of 2004.  This is the perfect opportunity to update your posters with the latest versions of the New Mexico posters.
