New Jersey's Acting Governor, Richard J. Codey , signed SB2065 into law on April 12, 2005 increasing the New Jersey Minimum Wage to $6.15 per hour effective October 1, 2005 and to $7.15 per hour on October 1, 2006.
New Jersey's Civil Rights Division has also revised the MANDATORY Discrimination Notices and Family Leave Act Notice. The "protected classes" now include Domestic Partnerships. The Family Leave Act posting now states that it applies to employers with 50 or more employees. Unemployment Compensation posting has been revised under "Financing of Programs".
