Governor Matt Blunt signed SB1 & SB130 into law revising Missouri Workers' Compensation laws. One of the sections revised by this new law was §287.128 regarding penalties for employer non-compliance for failure to insure his liability. This new law mandated a revision to the Missouri Workers' Compensation posting.
