MICHIGAN POSTER REVISION UPDATE
To keep you apprised of the revisions being made to the MICHIGAN All-On-One, we are sending this latest update to you. As you know, your poster dated 2/2003 or before is being revised due to Executive Order 2003-18 signed by the Governor creating a NEW Department of Labor and Economic Growth (DLEG). This action centralizes and streamlines the states job workforce, and economic development under one department and requires revisions to most Michigan posters.
At this time we are currently waiting for the state to complete and release the REVISED Michigan OSHA (MIOSHA) posting. The word we have received from the DLEG is that it should be completed in a week or two. The four other Michigan MANDATORY postings, listed below, that required revision have been received and updated on our All-On-One poster.
