On May 10, 2004, Governor Baldacci signed into law a bill increasing the minimum wage. The new minimum wage goes into effect October 1, 2004. Our MAINE All-On-One has been revised with the new MINIMUM WAGE posting to reflect this increase.

After many requests from our customer we have developed a HEARING CONSERVATION poster to communicate OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.95 and an EAR PROTECTION REQUIRED sign.
The OSHA Standard requires employers to administer a Hearing Conservation Program whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound level of 85 decibels.
The posters were developed to provide employers with information on effective hearing conservation measures and to warn employees of areas requiring ear protection. Although not mandatory to post, they provide excellent information for your employees on importance of hearing protection issues.
