Legislation has revised Title 21, Chapter 149, Sec. 152A regarding "tip pools" and tipped employees. The Child Labor section has also been revised. The Massachusetts’ Attorney General’s office has released the new poster, now entitled the “Wage & Hour Laws” posting. This poster has other changes in formatting and verbiage calling for a replacement of your poster to stay in compliance.

In addition, several minor changes were made in June 2004 including the Fact Sheet on Parental Leave, Fair Employment Law, and Information on Employees’ Unemployment Insurance Coverage.
