Iowas Division of Labor Services has REVISED the January 1996 Iowa Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) poster to July 2004. The posting has been revised to add NEW verbiage stating the criminal penalties for willful violations of the IOSH law resulting in the death of an employee. The Unemployment posting has also been REVISED in regards to their office locations.

Iowa Code 91E.2 mandates that if more than ten percent of an employer's employees are non-English speaking and speaking the same non-English language, the employer shall provide an interpreter at the work site for each shift during which non-English speaking employees are employed. To assist you in communicating Iowa labor laws to your Spanish-speaking employees CPC has created a Spanish IOWA ALL-ON-ONE.

After many requests from our customers we have developed a HEARING CONSERVATION poster to communicate OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.95 and an EAR PROTECTION REQUIRED sign.
OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.95 requires employers to administer a Hearing Conservation Program whenever employee noise exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) sound level of 85 decibels.
The posters were developed to provide employers with information on effective hearing conservation measures and to warn employees of areas requiring ear protection. Although not mandatory to post, they provide excellent information for your employees on importance of hearing protection issues.
