• Proposed regulations have not been finalized as of this date.
  
• The California Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement revised the text of the proposed regulations and is currently holding a public comment period through April 22, 2005.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO…

• If you currently have an IWC Wage Order posted and have placed an order for the “revised” IWC Wage Orders; you do not need to do anything. We will keep your order on HOLD pending the outcome of the revisions and keep you informed of the rulemaking progress. If the new regulations require a change in the IWC Wage Orders, we will revise our IWC posters and ship your order.
• If you do not currently have an IWC Wage Order posted, place an order now and we will ship you the current IWC Wage Orders to keep you in compliance.
