CALIFORNIA LEGISLATION REVISES TIME FRAME FOR FILING CLAIMS OF DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT
Effective January 1, 2006
AB 1669 was signed into law on October 7, 2005 by Governor Schwarzenegger extending the time to file a claim by certain persons. Also Cal/OSHA updated the “Safety and Health Protection on the Job posting due to the relocation of Cal/OSHA Headquarters and a District office move.
