Federal regulations 29 USC 2003 and 29 CFR 1601.30 require that you post information regarding Equal Employment Opportunities and Polygraph protection in areas where job applicants frequent to inform them of their rights. In addition to fines, non-compliance could be used against you in court in the event of a discrimination lawsuit brought about by an applicant who has been rejected.
