Take action NOW...Due to a very active California Legislature in 2003, your CALIFORNIA All-On-One poster dated 8/2003 is currently under revision.  Be prepared for the 2004 California labor law changes.

 

Legislative changes has revised the following California State required postings:

  • Workers Compensation Notice to Employees

  • Harassment and Discrimination in Employment

  • EDD Unemployment & SDI posting which includes the NEW Paid Family Leave notice

You are also required to provide a Paid Family Leave Brochure to your new employees beginning January 1, 2004 and to any employees leaving work on or after July 1, 2004, to provide care for a sick or injured family member or to bond with a new child.  We will have this brochure available soon.

 

The passage of SB777 (Whistleblower's Law) will require a new posting displaying a NEW hotline number and a list of employee's rights under the new law.
